General terms and conditions

Your booking is conditional on you accepting the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. By completing your booking you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. Upon receipt of your reservation made via fax or this website, the reservation will be confirmed to you by fax or per e-mail.

Modification of terms and conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The terms and conditions in force are those published at the time of making your reservation.

How to book your accommodation

Simply complete the details in the accommodation section of this website. The person who completes the accommodation form must have the authority to do so on behalf of all the other travelers in the group, confirms that the people named on it accept the booking conditions, and is responsible for the full cost of the accommodation, cancellation fee, amendment charges or non-show charges. He/she will inform other members of the party of confirmation details and any other appropriate information.

Age and responsibility

You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to make this reservation.
You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation bookings are correct. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions via your credit card, which will be used to pay for the booking, cancellation, amendment or non-show charges.

What's included in your reservation

The basic accommodation cost includes accommodation, meals as confirmed on your booking and your booking confirmation, VAT and tourist tax.
The price does not include any meals not mentioned on your booking confirmation, transfers, excursions, sports activities, additional hotel services such as mini bar, telephone costs and similar, or services of the wellness centers, unless stated on your booking confirmation.

Payment

30% deposit is to be paid upon the written confirmation from SI SPORT or at the time of reservation your credit card account will be charged for 30 % deposit. On the day of receipt of your deposit, your accommodation is fixed. The rest 70 % of accommodation costs should be paid on the account of SI SPORT or your credit card account will be charged for the rest 70%, no later than November 15, 2009.
By securing your reservation with a credit card or by payment the 30 % deposit, you are guaranteed an available room at the hotel. Should the hotel or the organizer fail to provide you with a room, it is obliged to secure you accommodation in a comparable hotel, at the same price in a hotel of the same category or at a lower price in a hotel of a lower category, in line with the valid Slovenian Hospitality Customs. The price difference and other costs that were included in the price are to be reimbursed to the guest. Should your transfer to the other hotel incur any cost, this will be borne by the hotel or by the organizer.

Cancellation of the reservation

You may cancel your reservation via our webpage, fax or e-mail, as per your booking confirmation. When cancelling your reservation, please state your confirmation number, your name, e-mail address, date of arrival and length of stay.

Cancellation fees

- Cancellation fee €35 will be charged for cancellation received before October 1, 2009.
- 50% of whole amount will be retained for cancellations received until November 15, 2009.
- 100 % of the amount will be kept for later cancellations (after November 15, 2009) or in case of »no show« .

Protection of personal data

Your data is treated as confidential and protected in line with the Slovenian Law on Personal Data Protection.
The personal and credit card data which you submit via the reservation system is protected under the standard 3D Secure CAP, developed by MasterCard (SecureCode™) and Visa International (verified by Visa™). This method of data transmission prevents abuse of data.

Modification of your reservation

Your reservation may be amended via fax and e-mail, as per your booking confirmation. Should you wish to shorten your stay and fail to inform us in line with our cancellation policy, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees, as per the above sections.

Force majeure

Cancellation fees will not be levied should circumstances arise subsequent to your reservation being made, which, had you been aware of at the time of making your reservation, would have forestalled you from confirming your reservation. These may include but are not limited to accident, illness or death. Evidence of these circumstances must be provided.

Complaints

Complaints regarding the reservation, quality or quantity of the services provided may be lodged up to 8 days from the day when the reason for the complaint arose. Complaints must be in writing.

Information on the web

While every effort is made to ensure that the information on our webpage is correct and up-to-date, we cannot be held liable for any factual or typographical mistakes on our webpage. Our webpage includes links to third party sites, which are intended for the information of our guests. These sites are independent and therefore we are not responsible for their contents.
